Payment Authorization

By providing your payment information to the Secure Monthly Affordable Credit Limited Partnership (hereinafter “SMAC”), you accept the following payment authorization terms and conditions.

By agreeing to the following terms and conditions, you are authorizing SMAC or any of its applicable affiliates to charge the payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, ACH, or account number) you provided (whether online, by telephone, or in any manner) to pay any and all fees associated with the financing you agreed to with SMAC.

Fees applicable to your Financing with SMAC may include but are not limited to:

Additionally, if you elected to pay any financing fees through recurring payments, you authorize SMAC to automatically charge each such recurring payment (plus applicable sales tax) to the payment method that you provided to SMAC for that purpose without any further authorization from you.

If you are making recurring payments, your payment method will automatically be billed each month on or about the calendar day corresponding to the due date.

This authorization will remain in effect until one of the following occur: (i) you pay off the principal and interest according to the terms and conditions of your finance agreement; (ii) you change and/or authorize a different payment method; or (iii) you revoke this authorization. You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting SMAC at 1-800-937-2227).

Be aware that terminating or revoking this authorization will not remove your obligation for this finance agreement and you will remain fully responsible for payment of your agreement in accordance with its terms and conditions. Additionally, revoking the payment authorization will not alleviate you of any of other applicable contractual obligations under the terms of your finance agreement.

You agree to advise SMAC of any changes to your payment method, including but not limited to changes to your payment method account numbers, billing address, and expiration date, at least 15 days prior to the next billing date

In the case of a transaction being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (“NSF”), you understand that SMAC may in its sole discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days. You agree not to dispute any recurring SMAC billing with your institution so long as the transactions correspond to your agreed payments to SMAC.
